Fares Mentioned below are for reservations made 48 Hours in advance. For pickups within the next 48 hours please call to confirm price and availability.
Terms of Service:
The Prices are subject to Sales Tax, Driver’s Gratuity, Fuel Surcharge and bridge toll which is not included in the above-mentioned fares.
Pickups from Toronto Pearson Airport to the respective city are subject to an additional charge of $ 15.00 (Airport Pickup Fee) charged by the Toronto Airport authorities
Additional stops: The fares are from your respective cities mentioned in the list. Any extra stops other than washroom/Coffee breaks and a 10-minute stop at the duty free will be subject to additional charges.
Waiting Charge:
There will be no extra charge for waiting time at the border due to traffic delays however is you are stopped for secondary inspection by the border officer, there will be an additional waiting charge of $ 20.00 + Tax for every 30 minutes of the waiting time.
Border Crossing:
Crossing the border from the United States to Canada and vice versa constitutes an international border crossing. In the event that passengers are denied entry into the destination country, the full fare specified in the confirmation email for the booking will be charged. Should the client require a drop-off at the initial pickup location or any alternative location due to entry issues, an additional charge will be applied, calculated based on the specific drop-off location.
Cancellation Policy:
There is no cancellation fee if the trip is cancelled 24 hours prior to the pickup time. 50% of the fare will be charged if the trip is cancelled within 24hours of the pickup time.
All NO shows and Cancellations less than 12 hours of pickup time are subject to 100% charge of the fare and taxes and will be charged on the credit card you provided at the time of booking or on the card we have on file on your account.
