Pricing Conditions & Additional Charges
Taxes, Gratuity, Fuel Surcharge, and Bridge Tolls
All published rates are exclusive of Sales Tax, chauffeur gratuity, fuel surcharge, and any applicable bridge tolls. These mandatory fees are added to the final invoice. Pickups from Toronto Pearson International Airport include an additional $15 Airport Pickup Fee charged directly by airport authorities.
Extra Stops and Route Adjustments
Quoted fares apply strictly from the pickup city listed to your destination. Any additional stops—other than brief washroom or coffee breaks, or a standard 10-minute duty-free stop—will incur supplementary charges based on location and duration.
Border Delay & Waiting Time Policies
Waiting Charges at the Border
Traffic-related delays at the border are included at no extra cost. However, if passengers are detained for secondary inspection, a waiting fee of $20.00 plus tax will apply for every 30 minutes of extended wait time.
International Border Crossing Requirements
All trips between the United States and Canada involve international border procedures. If a passenger is refused entry into the destination country, the full fare outlined in the confirmation email remains payable. Should a return trip back to the pickup point—or transportation to another location—be required due to entry denial, additional charges will be calculated based on the new drop-off address.
Reservation Changes & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Show Conditions
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% charge of the total fare.
All no-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup will be billed at 100% of the fare plus applicable taxes. The charge will be processed on the credit card provided at the time of booking or the payment method stored securely on your account.
