Pickup Procecures
Toronto Pearson: Terminal #1: (Arrivals Level)
Proceed to 'Door B' (Pre Arrange Pickup Booth) on the outside platform and ask the commissionaire to call Canam Limo. Please give him the name in which the limousine was booked. Your car will be there within 2-3 minutes.
Toronto Pearson: Terminal #3: (Arrivals Level)
Proceed to 'Post 29' (Pre Arrange Pickup Booth) on the outside platform and ask the commissionaire to call Canam Limo. Please give him the name in which the limousine was booked. Your car will be there within 2-3 minutes.

Hamilton (Mt. Hope) Airport
Collect your luggage; exit the terminal via 'Departure' doors. Once outside you will see your limousine driver waiting in the designated area for pick up.

Buffalo Niagara International Airport
Collect your luggage, exit the terminal. Once outside, you will see a sign stating 'Limo' to your right. Walk down approx 50 feet and your limousine driver will be waiting in the designated area for pick up.

Private/Charter Plane
When making your booking please provide us the tail number of your plane and the name of the terminal you will be using upon arrival, we will monitor the arrival time and the chauffer will bring the car right next to your plane upon arrival.
Meet & Greet
As our office monitors all incoming flights, Our Meet and Greet Staff will meet the arriving passenger at the arrival area (Toronto Pearson Airport/Hamilton Airport) with a personalized name sign, assist you with your luggage and escort to the awaiting vehicle. The cost of this service is $ 49.
